a.k.a Arvaan Kumar​
...is an Indian creative and documentary photographer, currently living and working in New Delhi, India.

An environmentalist, first and foremost, he has spent the last decade developing a unique visual language in tandem with his academic inclinations.
​
Influenced heaviliy by music, cinema and other photographers (of course), his style emphasizes mood and composition over technical flawlessness.
​
Unsatisfied with the inherently restrictive nature of academic research, he views his photography (and the medium in general) as a crucial tool in translating the true realities of growing environmental struggles; photographing to evoke raw human emotion from those who view his work.

Recently, he finds himself fascinated with the blossoming Indian hip-hop and music scene.
